GoHighLevel Integration Data: When you connect uncvr.ai to your GoHighLevel account, our Service accesses conversation metadata, contact records, and engagement signals necessary to provide sentiment monitoring and drift scoring. We process message text in real-time for analysis purposes but do not permanently store the content of your contacts' messages on our servers.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform. This helps us improve reliability and user experience.
Communications: If you contact us for support or other purposes, we retain records of that correspondence.
3. How We Use Your Information

We take the security of your data seriously. Message content from your GoHighLevel contacts streams from GHL in real-time when you access a record — we do not persist raw message bodies on our infrastructure. Sentiment scores, drift signals, and engagement metadata that we compute are stored securely in encrypted databases.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data or the data of your contacts. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
