Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using uncvr.ai.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uncvr.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the uncvr.ai platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
uncvr.ai provides a conversation intelligence and CRM monitoring platform that integrates with GoHighLevel to help agencies and service businesses track contact engagement, identify silent churn risks, monitor response behavior, and generate AI-assisted communication recommendations. The Service includes sentiment monitoring, ghost list generation, communication ranking, AI-drafted nudges and follow-ups, task management, and sub-account features. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@uncvr.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. GoHighLevel Integration
The Service requires a valid GoHighLevel account. You represent and warrant that you have the right to connect your GoHighLevel account to uncvr.ai and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with GoHighLevel or any applicable law.
You acknowledge that uncvr.ai is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel. We access your GoHighLevel data solely to provide the features described in our Service and in accordance with your instructions.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with plans billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth herein or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be suspended. We will provide reasonable notice before suspending service for non-payment.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing privacy, data protection, and electronic communications. You must not:
Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law
Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service through automated means
Use the Service in any way that violates GoHighLevel's terms of service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of uncvr.ai and its licensors. Our name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of uncvr.ai.
You retain all rights to the data you bring to the platform (your contacts, conversations, and account data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Service. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or that the receiving party independently develops without reference to the disclosing party's confidential information.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNCVR.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless uncvr.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which uncvr.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
